1. Add 1.5l of water (or bone stock) to a pot.
2. Add the hot-pot base (500g) plus extra chilli, ginger, garlic, and Szechuan peppercon for better taste. Bring everything to a boil and don’t turn the stove off, keep the soup constantly bubbling.
3. Choose your favorite ingredients, whether they’re meat, fish, or vegetables and gently add place them in the soup until perfectly cooked. Enjoy!
