1. Cut 1kg of washed duck into small pieces, blanch it quickly in boiling water to tighten the skin, then drain it and set aside.
2. Add to a wok 150g of vegetable oil, the seasoning bag (dose it depending on your taste), then stir-fry evenly over high heat.
3. Add 400ml beer and 100ml water, bring to a boil over high heat, then let it simmer over low heat until the soup thickens.
4. Serve it with freshly chopped green onion and coriander on top for better taste.
