Dezhuang Dandan Noodles Seasoning 45°

Dandan noodles is a dish originated in Szechuan which constists of a bowl of noodles immersed in an intense red chilli oil sauce, and topped with minced pork, spring onion, and chopped peanuts. The sesame paste is often added to give it a nutty fragrance. Layered and complex, the soup is out of the league for many, but we strived to create the most authentic recipe for those foodies who don’t want to miss this experience.
