ALLERGENES: THIS PRODUCT CONTAINS SOYBEAN
1. In the same soup bowl where you’re going to eat, add one seasoning bag (60g), 30g of ginger and garlic paste, and 10g of mature vinegar. Dilute everything with 100ml of boiling water (or stock for better taste), mix well and set aside.
2. In a pot boil some water and add 100g of glass noodles (you can add some oil to avoid them to stick).
3. Drain the glass noodles and place them in the bowl with the soup. On top of that add chopped green onions, coriander and peanuts to taste. Mix well before eating!
