1. Prepare 240g of chicken cut into dices, 15g of choppen scallion, 50g of peanunts, 70g of carrots (diced) and 50g of cucumber (diced).
2. Picle the diced chicken before cooking it for better flavor: mix it with 5g of soy sauce, 5g of starch, and 10g of cooking wine.
3. Add 50g of oil to a wok. Add the peanuts and reast them until crispy and fragrant, then set them aside. In the same wok place the chicken and stir-fry it for about 2 minutes. Add the spicy seasoning bag (65g), stir-fry until fragrant, then add the swett and sour seasoning bag (85g). Finally add the vegetables and the peanuts.
