1. Wash and dry 1kg of chicken and cut it into cubes. Marinate using a pinch of salt and cooking wine for about 5 minutes. Pan-fry the chicken until crispy outside but still tender inside.
2. Add to the pot a small amount of vegetable oil (about 150g) and the dry pepper bag, then stir-fry until fragrant (dose the pepper depending on your personal taste). Add the fried diced chicken and the seasoning bag, stir-fry over medium heat until fragrant. Plate the dish and enjoy the delicious taste (deliver with a sesame seed and freshly chopped green onion garnish for a more authentic experience).
