Traditional cuisine often rhymes with simple and poor ingredients, and this signature dish of the Chongqing cuisine is an example. Born in the 40s, this dish uses duck blood, offals, and numerous spices slowly boiled to create a spicy and thick soup. Dezhuang worked to develop a product that could recall the authentic flavors of Ms. Zhang, still trying to meet your personal tastes. Therefore we chose not to include blood duck in it, despite it is possible for you to add it for a 100% authentic Maoxuewang.
