ALLERGENES: THIS PRODUCT CONTAINS SOYBEAN AND WHEAT
1. Cut 100g of fresh mushrooms into small slices and 800g of fish/meat/tofu (according to your taste) into small pieces.
2. In a pot add 150g of vegetable oil, one seasoning bag (150g), and the mushrooms, then stir-fry over high heat.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients, then 500ml of water and bring everything to a boil. Let it simmer until the sauce reduces. Then turn the stove off and plate everything.
4. Sprinkle the dish with freshly chopped green onion, and enjoy!
