A love which lasts since centuries between the traditional Szechuanese málà flavors and the snakehead-fish, typical of the Liao cuisine in the North. Hot and pungent, red and thick, this seasoning is a real hard rock concert complete with flames and fireworks. People from Lianing has no longer suffered the cold since the invention of this recipe.
