ALLERGENES: THIS PRODUCT CONTAINS SOYBEAN AND WHEAT
1. Marinate 1kg of fish fillets with salt and cooking wine (or liquor) for around 10 minutes.
2. Add 150g of oil to a pan and bring it to the smoke point. Add the seasoning bag, mix well and stir-fry until fragrant. Dilute everything with 700ml of water (or stock for better taste).
3. Let the soup 3-5 minutes, then add the marinated fish and cook it for 3-5 minutes. Serve it with some freshly chopped green onion on top.
