1. Cut 1.5kg of chicken in big chunks.
2. Pour 150g of oil in a pan, bring it to the smoke point, then add the seasoning bag and stif-fry for 15 seconds until fragrant. Place the pieces of chicken inside the pan, stir-fry for 5 minutes. Add water as necessary to avoid thickening too much, and let everything braise.
3. A couple of minutes before getting it out of the pan add some chopped onions and green peppers for better taste. Serve it and enjoy!
