ALLERGENES: THIS PRODUCT CONTAINS SOYBEAN AND WHEAT
1. Wash 1kg of crawfishes and pan-fry them into a pot with some oil until red and fragrant, then put them aside into a bowl.
2. Add 80g of oil to a pan, add the seasoning bag (120g) and the dried seasoning bag (30g), then mix well and stir-fry over low heat. Add the crawfishes and stir-fry for another minute before pouring 500ml of water. Let it simmer for 5 minutes, pour the seasoning powder pack (30g), then let it simmer over high heat until the sauce has thickened. Serve it and enjoy!
