ALLERGENES: THIS PRODUCT CONTAINS SOYBEAN AND WHEAT
1. Add 100g of oil to a pan and bring it to 100°C, add chopped onions, ginger, garlic, then stir-fry until fragrant. Try to add prickly ash and dry chilli pepper for better taste. Add the crawfish previously washed and the seasoning bag (120g), then stir-fry for 1-3 minutes over high heat.
2. Pour 500ml of water (or stock for better taste) and bring it to a boil, then add the powder seasoning (30g) and the dried seasoning (30g). Mix well, then let it simmer for 20-30 minutes until thickened. Serve it and enjoy!
