1. Add about 600ml of water (or bone stock) to a pot.
2. Add two servings of hot-pot base (90gx2) plus extra chilli, ginger, garlic and Szechuan peppercon for better taste (this portion is suitable for 1-2 persons). Bring everything to a boil and don’t turn the stove off, keep the soup constantly bubbling.
3. Choose your favorite ingredients, whether they’re meat, fish, or vegetables and gently place them in the soup until perfectly cooked. Enjoy!
