1. The pouch contains two bags with different flavors (150gX2). Pour roughly 850ml of water into a pot. Add a single bag (150g) of hot-pot base (or bone stock for better taste), plus extra chilli, ginger and garlic to taste. Bring to a boil, and don’t turn off the stove, keep the soup constantly bubbling. If you have a two-tastes-pot you can prepare two different soups at once, but don’t mix different bases together.
2. Choose your favorite ingredients, whether they’re meat, fish, or vegetables and gently place them in the hot soup until perfectly cooked. Enjoy!
